Protocol Review
CAC Protocols can often be complex, sometimes reactionary to team incidents and ending in a historical compilation of information meant to address issues, but leaving cumbersome documents that may miss Standard requirements. The Protocol review service constitutes a thorough review with state- and national- level Standards comparison with an additional focus on MDT processes and responses.
Process Review
Effectiveness of CAC Programs can be impacted by staff, workflow processes, or a combination. With a concentration in efficiency to improve client-impact outcomes and even staff retention, NFIN will complete a review of the specified department for process improvement.
Board Training
Orientation for new board members is critical not only for their understanding of the MDT, but their commitment to the CAC model. This training includes the history of the CAC movement, roles and responsibilities of board members, and foundational information about the MDT.
