The National Forensic Interviewing Network, or NFIN, was created to provide training and expertise within the field of child abuse and trauma services. Services include training for members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT), Children's Advocacy Center (CAC), or other professional organizations providing services; direct support for those entities needing forensic interviews conducted by highly trained, forensic interview specialists; or other specialized professional services.
NFIN delivers the highest caliber services to our clients. NFIN recognizes the critical nature of criminal/civil investigations and service provision in the field of child abuse and serving victims of violent crimes. NFIN supports the dedicated and passionate professionals involved in this work. NFIN matches that level of commitment through collaboration and dedication to provide high quality assistance and support.
Forensic interviews are investigative-based interviews conducted with reported victims or witnesses of violent crimes. NFIN conducts victim-centered, detail-oriented interviews that are legally defensible.
Our team of experts can develop specialized training for your multi-disciplinary (MDT) to deepen knowledge in foundational and advanced topics in the field. Trainings are designed to be informative and interactive. Trainings range from half-day, full-day, or multi-day trainings.
